We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, and you must contact us before sending anything back. All parts are also backed by a 30-day warranty against breakage or failure under normal use. Pre-order and final sale items are not eligible for return.

In-stock orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase from our warehouse in Miami, Florida. Pre-order items are made to order and can take 7-14 days to produce and ship, since they aren't kept in stock.

Examples: - $75 balance → no payout available. - $100 balance → no payout available. - $150 balance → $50 payout available; $100 remains. - $325 balance → $225 payout available; $100 remains. Show “Commission Balance,” “Required Minimum Balance: $100,” and “Available for Payout” in the affiliate dashboard. Add this explanation near the payout button: “Your account must retain a $100 minimum balance. Once your approved commission balance exceeds $100, you can request a payout for the amount above $100. The $100 minimum balance stays in your account.” Preserve the existing Emoto Customs branding and page layout.
